Counter-Notice Rights
If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistaken or wrongful DMCA notice, you have the right to file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notice must include: your name, address, and phone number; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court. Once a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original claimant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
