By accessing or using Community DriverReport ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Community DriverReport a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, transcode, and distribute that content on the Service. You may delete your content at any time via your profile page.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with the Community Guidelines. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without notice.

3. Accuracy

You represent that all information you provide — including license plate numbers and incident descriptions — is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly submitting false or misleading information is grounds for account termination.

4. No guarantee of availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination your content may be deleted.

6. Dispute resolution

If your license plate appears in a clip you believe is inaccurate or harmful, you may submit a plate dispute. We will review and may hide the clip while we investigate.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
